1 · The product

WILCO is an AI radio crew for DCS World that talks over SRS. It is an independent project — not affiliated with or endorsed by Eagle Dynamics or the SRS project.

2 · Beta means beta

The software is provided as-is. Controllers may mishear you, the relay may hiccup, and an update may change behavior between two flights. We fix fast, but nothing here is guaranteed.

3 · Invite codes & fair use

One code per pilot. Your code carries a fair daily allowance of AI calls that resets at midnight UTC.

Don't share, resell, or automate against your code. Don't attack, flood, or reverse the relay.

We can revoke codes that abuse the service — that's what keeps the beta free for everyone else.

4 · Accounts

Keep your password safe; we can't read it and can only reset it. Adding a recovery email is optional but strongly recommended. See the privacy page for what we store (very little).

5 · Buying & refunds

WILCO is a single payment of $35. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel — the licence does not expire, and every later release is included.

When buying opens, payment is handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record — your card details never touch our servers.

14-day refund, no questions asked — open an issue on GitHub or use in-app support with your billing email. A refund ends access.

Beta pilots keep the price promised on the day they joined.

6 · Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months (which, during the free beta, is zero). WILCO is a game accessory — never use it for real-world aviation.

7 · Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows; meaningful changes are announced in the changelog. Using WILCO after a change means you accept it.
